Our bakery operations started in 2010 (when we opened Cafe Neon), but we wanted to share more of our passion for baking in our own stand-alone location.
We work tirelessly every day to turn organic Canadian flour into bread and other delicious treats, and to serve our community.
Our focus is on using quality natural ingredients (our breads use organic flour) and on guiding our team’s passion to create the tastiest, most wholesome staples and treats.
From crusty organic sourdough breads, pillowy pita, chewy cookies, birthday cakes, rich brownies and more, we are committed to bringing sustenance and joy to our guests.
